Rates include the room rental, three meals a day, plus snacks throughout the day, weekly, housekeeping and laundry services, alert call system, transportation, utilities (except phone and cable), and our innovative Vibrant Life program.
There is a one-time fee that applies to an in-depth wellness evaluation, coordination of all necessary admission paperwork, medication review, and administrative fees.

Canyon Trails is a beautiful facility; Working in a medical field as a hospice nurse for years, there's a so much emotions, needs and care that is needed to give and provide; i can honestly say that this facility never fails to provide a quality of care in regards to i think their main core services and these are continuity of care, accommodations, security, meals, supervision, assistance with activities of daily living and customer service.
In this facility i can assure that all patients always feel like its home.
Jeanette, Sandra & RN Lillianna made this entire process such a good & positive transition for my mother in law. My husband & I so appreciate every situation they helped us through. Jeanette even handled demanding family members with many requests & questions & was able to put them at ease. She is very intuitive & has an extremely calming yet efficient presence.
